CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

At this time we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order including product title, format, color choice and size selection before you confirm your purchase.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to orders@bandmaidshop.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.

ORDERS & TRACKING

PACKAGE SENT BY JAPAN POST HASN'T ARRIVED YET

If you have chosen "JAPAN POST Small Packet - Registered Airmail" as your shipping method at checkout, please allow 7-14 business days or more from the date of shipment (not including weekend days or the day the parcel was collected by Japan Post) for the item to arrive and or/for the tracking status to update from "Dispatch from outward office of exchange."

The "Dispatch from outward office of exchange" status means that the parcel has already left Japan and is en route to the final destination.

Once Japan Post parcels have the "Dispatch from outward office of exchange" status all further shipping updates, including delivery are no longer directly under our control.

Shipping delays could be caused by weather conditions, flight reductions, customs clearance at the destination, and global issues such as pandemics, etc.

Please also track the package on your local postal system to get more information.

In some cases, delivery status cannot be updated for a while when packages are stuck at customs.

If delivery status of your package matches the following conditions and hasn't been updated for a while, please go to your local post office's website to track the package and follow the instructions.

・Item presented to import Customs

・Held by import Customs/In Customs

In this stage, the package might be awaiting payment of customs duties/taxes or require documentation. Since the package might be missing as well, please contact your local customs as soon as possible.

・Item held at delivery depot/delivery office

・Processing at delivery Post Office

The package might be awaiting payment of customs duties/taxes. Sometimes the package may be awaiting pick-up due to unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Please go to your nearby post office in person to collect the package as soon as possible since packages might be returned to sender if it exceeds the retention period at the post office.

If your package does not match either of the conditions above and the problem can't be resolved after contacting your local Customs and post office, please send the information below to BANDMAIDSHOP.COM customer service:

1. Order details from the shop with order number, price and quantity listed

2. Information after contacting the Customs/post office

- Date of contact:

- Branch facility:

- Person in charge:

- Answer with details

We will file a report to have Japan Post investigate the issue once we receive the information above.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?

Many BAND-MAID items are produced as limited editions and stock may sell out at any time. If there is an item that can be restocked, we are working hard to restock it soon. Please subscribe to our email newsletter to be one of the first notified when items are back in stock.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

For non pre-order items, once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, please allow up to 14 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries. Our international shippers include DHL and Japan Post.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been placed.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
