CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

At this time we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order including product title, format, color choice and size selection before you confirm your purchase.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to orders@bandmaidshop.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?

Many BAND-MAID items are produced as limited editions and stock may sell out at any time. If there is an item that can be restocked, we are working hard to restock it soon. Please subscribe to our email newsletter to be one of the first notified when items are back in stock.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

For non pre-order items, once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, please allow up to 10 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries. Our international shippers include DHL and Japan Post.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been placed.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
